Banks: The ugly

So you get irritated by banks? insurance companies? - you're not alone! about 6 bilion people are.

Delays

Banks in general seem to like to have a grip on your money, the longer the better. Not only do they have access to your money to invers (which they do pretty damned poorly, as we could see), but they also like to keep hold of it, not let you access it, and they use any excuse they can to justify it.

• transfers take several days: whoa, hey guys, aren't we in the cyber-era? isn't everything instantaneous?
  • yes we are, and yes it is, the thing is that if transfers were to be almost instantaneous, banks couldn't hold your money to do their dirty little investment tricks (not even talking about what kind of investments they make, and how they destry third-world countries)

• Checks take 10 days to be available on your account: again same argument, it could take just two days, but it doesn't

  Also, nowadays you are not a human if you don't have a bank account, even legally, there is no way you can access your social help without it, etc.

  So the banks fuck you, so you can be fucked. -- Aint it great?!
